How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY: 

We at My Hair Eden know that premium hair is an expensive investment.  For this reason we do our best to ensure that  ALL of our customers are satisfied.     If you are not pleased with your hair when you receive it, rest assured that My Hair Eden will happily exchange your purchase for something of equal value.  My Hair Eden offers a 7 day exchange on premium hair purchases.  While all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, we will exchange an item if it is returned within 7 days of receipt.    Hair that has been tried on or altered in any way (including but not limited to glued, taped, washed, cut, styled, conditioned) is NOT eligible for exchange.  The return item will be inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition.  Exchanges are based on availability. You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.

To ensure that your exchange goes smoothly, please following adhere to the following rules:
1. Items must not be altered in any way and must be in their original condition 
2. Call or email to get a Return Authorization Code (RAC)
3. Return hair to My Hair Eden within 7 days of receipt
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged.Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
